📦 Shipping Policy

⏱️ Order Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on national holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email or WhatsApp.

🚚 Shipping Timelines & Tracking
We offer delivery services for both our local and global sports community:
  • Standard Shipping (Domestic/Local): 2 - 3 business days
  • International Shipping (Worldwide): 10 - 12 business days
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

📍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or text message containing your Tracking ID / Airway Bill (AWB) number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the courier's official website.
⚠️ Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Buyers)
  • PAKA'S Sporting Goods is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes applied to your package upon arrival in your country.
  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
💔 Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive your order and the packaging is severely damaged, or if your tracking shows the item is lost, please contact our support team immediately via email or WhatsApp. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim so we can assist you with a replacement or resolution.
